All The Best Street Style From Couture Fashion Week In Paris
Earlier this week, I picked up a FaceTime from a friend at a rival magazine. He looked awful. Hair a mess, hunched over his phone, waiting in the drizzle for Dua Lipa et al to arrive at Chanel. “How’s Paris?” I asked. “Tiring,” he said. Fair enough. At that point in the season – kicking off two weeks ago with Pitti Uomo in Florence – things do start to feel ropey. Thank God, then, for a fresh influx of elaborately put-together guests arriving in the French capital for the spring/summer 2026 edition of Paris Haute Couture week.

There are the haute joaillerie editors, Dua, of course, but the best (or at least the most flamboyant) style tends to be concentrated among a handful of Very Important Customers, each trailed by an entourage of photographers, videographers, make-up artists, hairstylists, stylists and several personal assistants, who will spend the week shopping the season. “I call it summer camp,” said Sabrina Harrison, the Texan entrepreneur and philanthropist with a private couture collection so vast even she struggles to quantify it, when she spoke to British Vogue this time last year. “It can be stressful, though, because I don’t like to do the same hair and make-up for all the shows. I like to switch up concepts and curate distinct, head-to-toe looks to fit each brand.”
